Supports continuous operational readiness of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing equipment by diagnosing and issuing repairs on applicable equipment, often assisting with installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of facility fixtures, finishes, and systems such as lighting, ceilings, flooring and walls. The Facility Technician II provides maintenance duties in Facilities across the Health First Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) including Inspections, Repairs, Preventative Maintenance of buildings, grounds and applicable equipment.
