With a primary focus on financial reporting, scholarship impact, and internal fund compliance, this role serves as a vital link between the organization's financial data and its donor-facing narratives, ensuring that philanthropic support is tracked accurately, spent appropriately, and celebrated meaningfully. This includes medical, prescription, dental, vision, health accounts (medical & dependent), life & disability insurance, retirement plans, employee assistance program and tuition fee waivers for employees and their eligible dependents as well as paid time off, flexible work options, holidays and parental leave.
