Responsibilities may include patient triage, rooming, obtaining vital signs and medical histories, medication administration, injections and immunizations, wound care, assisting with procedures and diagnostic testing, patient education, referrals, medication management, and follow-up. The Clinic Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a physician clinic setting while supporting providers, patients, and the clinical team.
