He/she is also responsible for the day to day operations that may also include; ensuring service documentation is complete, accurate and timely entered into the BSI work order management system, providing assistance to all other levels of technicians/engineers as needed in regards to trouble shooting repairs, willingness to be available for after hour service calls as directed by Manager, and representing BSI in front-line leadership tasks such as, but not limited to, Environment of care meetings/rounds.
