The Director will collaborate with various teams, manage junior staff, and direct projects and workstreams with limited oversight to execute client engagements by: Developing knowledge management, including tools, methodologies, reports, models, work plans, checklists and processes. In FTI Consulting's Corporate Finance organization, we focus on our clients' strategic, operational, financial and capital needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional opportunities faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders.
