Analyst III Leveraged Finance Citizens Financial Group IncAnalyst III Leveraged FinanceBoston, MAPrimary responsibilities include: Assisting in the completion of new and existing loan underwriting due diligence, including preparation of deal screening memos, identification of risks and mitigants, new credit approval requests, preparation of three-statement financial models, financial statement spreading, in-depth financial analysis, and completion of comparable debt and enterprise value analysis. In addition, day-to-day activity will involve supporting senior team members with portfolio management responsibilities, including, but not limited to: Quarterly Portfolio Reviews, Asset Quality Reporting, Covenant Tracking, Financial Statement Analysis, and completion of various internal modeling tools.
