Lead all financial operations, accounting, forecasting, and reporting• Partner directly with ownership and executive leadership• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, WIP, job costing, and profitability• Lead financial strategy, risk management, and growth initiatives• Develop and lead the accounting and finance team• Provide financial insight that directly drives business decisions. • Senior level finance or accounting leadership experience• Strong construction industry background required• Experience with job costing, WIP, forecasting, and construction accounting• Proven ability to partner with ownership and operations• Strategic, analytical, and growth minded leadership style• CPA or MBA highly preferred.
