Job Description:As an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated study time for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. In that role you will transition to a local Merrill Wealth Management office and continue to practice the skills you've learned in ADP by beginning to build a new portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients.

As a Financial Advisor Transition Consultant, you will partner with our recruiting teams and field leadership to provide a delightful and seamless experience to Advisors, their business, and clients' onboarding to RBC Wealth Management.

As you progress, and hit important milestones within the first two years, the opportunity for additional responsibilities will grow including the potential to work your way up to our Premier Wealth Management team where you will manage your own roster of our high-net-worth clients. We are looking to develop our next generation of Investments Counselors at Fisher Investments through the Investment Counselor – Wealthbuilder role.

p>Your Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in an Operational, Administrative, Client-Facing, or Finance setting • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Required to pass the Series 65 (we provide robust training and support once you start) • A thoughtful consultative approach with an emphasis on client focus. This role reviews and evaluates financial aid applications for accuracy, completeness, and financial need using federal methodology, performs required verification and follow-up actions, and ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. The position may include specialized administrative responsibilities such as Pell Grant processing, Texas Education Grant administration, veterans' benefits, satisfactory academic progress appeals, or Return of Title IV aid calculations.

Assists in collecting and examining data on new projects, services, capital acquisitions, and long-range strategic financial planning.
