For the GS-12 position: Qualifying experience is defined as Experience independently identifying, analyzing, or resolving budgetary issues related to planning, programming, formulation, justification, presentation, monitoring, or execution or experience utilizing financial systems or tools to research, analyze, or validate budgetary data.
