Maintain a current working knowledge of each ACO Program Manager's portfolio, including approved programs, budgets, Congressional efforts, new initiatives, seedlings, SBIR/STTR investments, and external performers, to respond accurately to internal and external inquiries. • Serve as the on site lead for all contractor personnel supporting the ACO Office Director, Deputy Director, four Deputy Program Directors, Assistant Director for Program Management, Program Analyst, and up to 14 ACO Program Managers.
