Partners with Finance, Accounting, HRIS, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders (and, as applicable, Revenue Cycle and operational leaders) to translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, ensure data integrity, support testing and deployments, and drive continuous improvement across end-to-end finance processes. Partner with integration teams to support interfaces relevant to healthcare (e.g., banking/payment files, purchasing systems, inventory, payroll/benefits, and-where applicable-patient billing/revenue-related feeds), assisting with mapping, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
