Analyzes financial activities and develops and charts functional logic for new and revised automated financial management systems and effectively presents financial management needs and analysis results to Commanders, Directors, program managers, engineers, information technology specialists etc. Formulates, establishes, and implements financial management policies, instructions, and procedures on all matters relating to programming, budgeting, funding, forecasting, status of funds, analysis of internal controls, and performs a variety of other oversight tasks related to financial planning and administration of accounting systems.
