Independently manage the annual review and development of AML/CFT and OFAC related training materials, review and challenge employee training assignments provided by Human Resources Compliance Training, prepare a summary of changes and present recommended changes to FCRM management and the Chief AML Officer for approval, and oversee training completion rates to ensure training is completed in a timely manner by employees. The Senior Compliance Manager must demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex regulatory, governance, and risk management matters clearly to executives, regulators, auditors, business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
