Every day, you will be responsible for managing inbound rental, service, and sales by phone and walk-in business, providing outstanding customer service, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, recording daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests. You will also assist our dispatcher with generating logistics tickets in our rental system, provide transportation quotes, and in his/her absence dispatching transport trucks, ordering transport permits, updating tracker system with transport status and uploading completed shippers, Daily transportation billing.
