7+ years of relevant experience leading both industrial fire prevention (systems, inspection/testing/maintenance/operation, code, AHJ coordination) and fire/EMS or industrial fire brigade emergency response in a high-hazard manufacturing or comparable setting, plus a bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Fire Engineering or Fire Science; ProBoard/IFSAC/DoD or equivalent certifications preferred (Fire Inspector, Fire Officer IV, Plan Reviewer, Hazardous Materials Technician). Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to brief operations and EPC leaders, present formally, and work effectively across operations, EPC, EHS, medical, security, facilities, and construction; fire officer, industrial fire brigade, EMT/paramedic, or equivalent emergency medical response credential preferred.
