Facilitate the integration of FLIGHT DECK into long-range technology and capability roadmaps + Act as a leader, facilitator, educator, advocate, and accountability partner to the Engineering leadership team, driving understanding and adoption of FLIGHT DECK and lean methodologies in engineering and design decisions + Partner closely with Product Lines, Programs, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Services, Digital, and Quality to prioritize and improve critical cross-functional engineering-to-production processes.
