Ensure completion of all program documents including shift reports, floor plans, shared room contracts, monthly personal care progress notes, outing supervision forms, bedtime logs, milieu progress notes. Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor, the Cottage Supervisor provides oversight of programming, leadership, case management, and supervision of all activities and program staff (Treatment Specialists) assigned to a Residential Treatment Program.
