The Strategic Services team is made up of solution-focused business advisory data strategists and deep technical architects who provide critical assistance to our clients and other internal teams in key areas of: business development, pre-sales client workshops, design/delivery and implementations of our products, acting as journey leaders (MDM, DG, DI, etc.), mentoring/coaching, building out our professional service unit (PSU) offerings, and acting as thought leaders across all of Informatica ProServ. Operating as a senior individual in billable engagement work which will come in the form of more prescriptive professional service units (PSU) outcome-specific engagements as well as more fluid offerings such as our Resident Advisor program working with client leaders to shape/assist their strategies and dive deep into specific needs (e.g., building out a data quality program, creating a data strategy, performing process analysis and optimization, etc.).
