Lead and support, in coordination with the Government Contracts team, the negotiation, interpretation, and management of a broad range of government agreements, including: Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs), including prototype and follow-on production agreements. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, this lawyer will work closely with the Government Contracts team and partner with business development, program management, engineering, finance, and operational leaders.
