General Description of Position: Supervises an accounting staff engaged in processing corporation financial accounting functions including: Posting to the general ledger, accounting for revenues, processing payroll and fringe benefit billings, insurance management, implementing internal accounting procedures and controls, and monitoring state and federal programs. Responsible for the preparation, coordination, supervision and accuracy of data entry, accounts payable, payroll, tax reporting, employee benefits, state financial reporting, insurance, workers comp, Federal financing exporting, and audit compliance.
