Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or related field Minimum 10 years of federal and commercial contract management experience Extensive knowledge of federal contracting regulations, policies, and procedures, including the FAR, AIDAR, and FTR Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles Demonstrated experience in risk mitigation, compliance management Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a strong customer service orientation Ability to solve problems, prioritize, quickly understand regional/country context and local sensitivities, and negotiate effectively combining logic and reason with interpersonal sensitivity Strong writing, communication and presentations skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to varied audiences and to train staff in contract compliance Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience with various multilateral development bank contracting regulations Experience with contractor approved purchasing and automated systems J.D., degree in paralegal studies, or Certified Federal Contract Manager Ability to work in French and/or Spanish Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and using a computer.
