Develop and deliver safety training and field oversight, including lockout/tagout, electrical safety, fall protection, confined space, defensive driving, ergonomics, and emergency response; conduct audits, inspections, and job observations to identify hazards and reinforce safe work practices. Partner with field leadership, employees, customers, and external stakeholders to drive a proactive safety culture, monitor safety performance and trends, manage Workers' Compensation claims, maintain personnel safety credentials and records, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
