Specifically, you will: Design & Execute Facilities Strategy: Oversee multi-site preventative and corrective maintenance programs across fulfillment centers, retail showrooms, and offices for building systems including HVAC, dock doors/levelers, fire safety, plumbing, electrical, waste, pest control, and janitorial. Manage Material Handling & Warehouse Equipment: Oversee preventative maintenance, proper site allocation, lifecycle budgeting, and vendor servicing for warehouse machinery, including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and material handling gear.
