Reporting to the Reverse Logistics team leadership, this role works closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Production, Quality Control, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure return and RMA orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. The Reverse Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of reverse logistics operations by receiving, inspecting, processing, and tracking return and RMA orders, customer returns, repairs, and returned inventory.
