The College is now seeking qualified candidates for the Head Coach of Women's Soccer position, a unique opportunity to rebuild and lead a program from the ground up. Clinton Community College is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and competes in Region 3 and the Mountain Valley Conference.QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li><ol><li>Associate degree required; bachelor's or
 master's degree preferred</li><li>Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and
 player development</li><li>Prior coaching experience and/or collegiate
 playing experience strongly preferred</li><li>Ability to recruit, evaluate talent, and build a
 sustainable program</li><li>Valid New York or Vermont driver's license</li><li>Employment offer contingent upon successful
 completion of a background check</li></ol></li><li>RESPONSIBILITIES:The Head Coach will be responsible for the comprehensive
 development and leadership of the Women's Soccer Program. Responsibilities
 include, but are not limited to:<ol><li>Rebuilding and establishing a competitive women's
 soccer program for the 2027 season</li><li>Recruiting, scouting, and evaluating
 prospective student-athletes during the 2026–2027 academic year to
 prepare for program competition</li><li>Organizing and conducting practices, training
 sessions, and competitions</li><li>Game preparation and management</li><li>Fostering student-athlete development both
 athletically and academically</li><li>Supporting student-athlete retention, academic
 success, and compliance with NJCAA, conference, and college regulations</li><li>Promoting sportsmanship, positive conduct, and a
