The Head Coach is responsible for developing a competitive program that emphasizes academic success, character, leadership, teamwork, sportsmanship, and athletic excellence. The coach will create a positive culture that supports student-athlete development while ensuring compliance with all school, conference, and New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) rules and regulations.
