This role is responsible for overseeing the placements of students, interns and volunteers, ensuring that clinical (nursing, medical, and allied health) and non-clinical (quality, compliance, data analytics, etc…) students receive high-quality, safe, and compliant educational experiences at the Hospital, and that volunteers are assigned to tasks that directly promote patient progress in their recovery. The Director coordinates rotation logistics, manages academic partnership agreements, oversees student/volunteer orientation, and supports the operational readiness of internal learning environments.
