In this role, you will provide direct patient care and clinical support for individuals receiving dialysis treatment while working closely with providers and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Overview: p>As a New Graduate Registered Nurse, you will work alongside experienced preceptors and interdisciplinary teams to develop your clinical skills, build confidence, and deliver safe, high-quality care. PAY RATE: $32.28- $53.50 SALARY BASED ON RN/LPN LICENSURE + $4.50 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL IF APPLICABLE FULL-TIME PART-TIME OPENINGS INCLUDES WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY ROTATION THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR UP TO $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS, FULL-TIME ONLY (32 HOURS WEEKLY OR ABOVE).
