Working closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Technology, and other executive leaders, this individual will create a clinical experience that meaningfully improves residents' lives and earns families' trust, while strengthening Cedarhurst's operating performance, scalability, and competitive position. The Vice President of Clinical (VP) will view clinical care as both a core operating discipline and a promise to residents and their families; one that can be intentionally designed, differentiated, scaled, measured, continuously improved, and clearly communicated to residents, families, referral partners, and the marketplace.
