Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Experience: Valid EFM (Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring) certification, minimum of 1 year of experience, and current licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing. Alternatively, the agency staff may be reassigned to an open shift later in the week or floated to another unit or care site within the organization to maintain the contracted hours.
