SUMMARY OF JOB: Plans, coordinates, and conducts a therapeutic recreation program tailored to the needs of adult and geriatric residents on caseload with the goal of improving the physical, mental and social well being of the resident. There is an ongoing responsibility for ensuring the values of Respect, Compassion, Justice, Hospitality, Holistic Approach, Stewardship, and Collaboration are present in our interactions with one another and in the service we provide.
