PSC Community Services, Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) is seeking for qualified Register Nurses (RNs) to conduct field visits to patient home and perform assessments in Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan, as well as some administrative tasks for nursing department (if it's a part-time or full-time employment). - Perform initial assessments on new patients to determine eligibility and needed services.
