In this role, you'll be responsible to: Team Leadership & Development: Collaborate with recruitment and training teams to hire, onboard, and develop staff; supervise Direct Support Professionals; schedule coverage based on service needs; and provide ongoing coaching, support, and weekly site oversight. Operational & Resource Management: Oversee key resources including vehicle scheduling, individual budgets, representative payee processes, medication check-ins, and appointment coordination, while supporting community partnerships and service enhancement efforts.
