The RN Triage Line Nurse serves as an important connection between patients, providers, pharmacies, and the care team by addressing clinical questions, medication needs, appointment concerns, and urgent or crisis situations. Coordinate care and communication among patients, nurses, physicians, mental health professionals, pharmacies, scheduling staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
