During the event, the Host is responsible for greeting guests, anticipating guest needs, setting up the space and buffet for appetizers, entrees and dessert, replenishing beverages as well as serving wine and beer throughout, helping to clean up after the event is finished, and overall acting in a professional manner to assist in the completion of a flawless event. This role prepares the space for events such as live chef competitions, rehearsal dinners, baby and bridal showers, and unique dining events.
