Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as: Ground floor, lobby front desk, vending area corridors, lounges kitchen/dining area, laundry room, utility rooms, elevators, restrooms, offices, stairwells, ramps, benches, planters, sidewalks, landscape areas around the building perimeter, bicycle shed, landing areas, janitorial closets, and driveway/parking lot. -Applicants should be capable of performing basic manual labor, cleaning common areas, and frequently lifting, pushing, pressing, pulling, and carrying a minimum of 30 lbs.
