JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Generalist is a vital contributor to the effective management of all human resources functions within a nonprofit direct care agency dedicated to serving children, adolescents, and young adults on the autism spectrum, as well as individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This role serves as a versatile HR professional with the ability to contribute across multiple disciplines—including recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance management, compliance, investigations, policy administration, HRIS management, and special projects.
