DOT Compliance & Driver Qualification • Own and maintain compliant DQ files for all CDL drivers across Hawaiian islands per 49 CFR Part 391• Conduct annual DQ audits, MVR pulls, DOT physicals, and medical certificate tracking• Ensure compliance with FMCSA hours of service, drug/alcohol testing, and CDL requirements.
