Main responsibilities include analyzing and providing guidance to employees on UC, UCLA and UCLA Extension, personnel policies and procedures; coordination and attending to the processing of employee personnel and payroll transactions; coordination and responsible for the review of employees' electronic timecards, support the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers in the recruitment and hiring of staff and instructor positions; facilitate new employee onboarding; providing guidance, direction to and administration of employees' leaves of absence.
