Support the Senior Director of HR in executing core HR initiatives and managing day-to-day operations • Serve as a first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related questions, policies, and processes • Assist in managing employee relations matters, including gathering information, supporting investigations, and helping implement fair and compliant solutions • Support performance management processes, including goal setting cycles, documentation, performance conversations, and improvement plans • Provide hands-on support to managers in navigating people challenges, escalating complex matters as needed • Partner with our Payroll Lead and Central Payroll team on payroll matters, ensuring accurate data submission, timely processing, and resolution of employee inquiries • Support annual open enrollment, assist employees with benefits-related questions, and help resolve issues in partnership with external vendors as needed • Maintain and optimize HR systems and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience • Support internal trainings, communications, and broader HR projects such as policy updates and process improvements. Reporting to and supporting the Senior Director of HR, this role is essential to maintaining operational excellence across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding and performance management to payroll coordination and day-to-day manager support.
