3–5+ years of payroll and/or HRIS administration experience· Experience processing multi-state payroll required· Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance, state tax regulations, and jurisdictional setup· Experience partnering with Finance/Accounting on payroll GL, reconciliations and reporting· Experience with HRIS platforms, UKG Pro a must (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP, or similar)· Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reporting)· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills· Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion· Bachelor’s degree preferred. · Process bi-weekly and weekly payroll for corporate and retail employees across multiple states· Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, equity, and deduction· Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local wage & hour laws· Reconcile payroll reports with Finance and Accounting teams· Manage tax filings, garnishments, and benefit deductions· Serve as primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries.
