Maintain all human resources records and transactions for employees within the Human Resources Information System (Core-CT), including but not limited to, processing positions, new hires, reclassifications, seniority, and salary adjustments; Partner with and advise agency managers and staff on human resources policies; Use human resources metrics and analytics to make business decisions; Assist the HR Services Supervisor with initiatives and implementation of new processes to continue improving efficiencies and effectiveness of service; Collaborate with dedicated human resources teams and employees in specialty administrative areas such as leaves, benefits, workers compensation, and labor relations, enabling you to coordinate the end-to-end HR solutions to meet any operational challenge. The selected candidate will be accountable for providing onsite agency support, including but not limited to, maintaining the Human Resources Information System, reporting and data analysis, performing audits, employee relations, new employee onboarding, and general state human resources administration.
