This role serves as a Workday subject matter expert, ensuring system integrity, driving process improvements, and fostering strong collaboration across HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders. Independently lead HRIS systems projects, including selection, planning, organization, testing, training, customizations and communication of new systems and technology.
