POSITION SUMMARY: The People Services Generalist Supervisor is responsible for supporting, overseeing, and administering a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding support, benefits support, performance management, policy implementation and interpretation, compliance, and administrative recordkeeping. This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers within specified regions within the Donated Goods and Retail division of Goodwill SWPA, helping foster Operational Excellence and a People-First culture through positive and professional interactions and relationships, while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and Goodwill SWPA policies.
