The responsibilities of the Human Resource Assistant include, but are not limited to answering phones, greeting visitors, ordering, and maintaining office supplies, supporting the finance department and other departments, planning and setting up company events, maintain/update employee files weekly, create "New Hire" packets and orientation folders, assist with "New Hire" orientation and pool testing, maintain Cintas Uniform Company relations and manage uniform orders, act as a backup for payroll and benefits, assist with coordinating career fairs with various colleges and high schools, coordinate recognition initiatives for Team and TMs, assist Operations Manager with reports and other duties assigned.
