Provide business advice and guidance to and coordinate with other functions including program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance to effectively manage a breadth of responsibilities, including contract solicitations / capture, negotiations, and contract terms, including fulfillment of related obligations. Collaborate with associated functional organizations and customers to ensure conformation with contractual obligations, remain cognizant of potential or existing problem areas, and implement required corrective actions.
