Platform Administration & Learning Operations: Oversee system configuration, user access, roles, organizational structures, audiences, assignments, curricula, learning paths, certifications, notifications, and workflows; establish quality controls for course setup, catalog structure, version management, and retirements; ensure accurate, timely support of global learning campaigns and recurring compliance assignments. Integrations, Data Quality & Release Management: Partner with IT and vendors to manage HR data integration, release management, single sign-on, content provider, skills, reporting, and other learning ecosystem integrations; monitor data feeds and resolve exceptions; lead testing and validation for upgrades, releases, configuration changes, and enhancements; maintain business requirements, test scripts, and release documentation.
