Manage compliance specialists and/or inspectors, with responsibilities including, but not limited to, hiring, onboarding, evaluating performance, communicating expectations, and handling and/or supporting disciplinary actions of team members pursuant to Company policies and procedures, assigning work, setting priorities, reviewing output, and ensuring timely completion of compliance activities. Interpret and apply applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., UNECE, CCC, IMDS, AIS, VSTD, ISO, EU directives, environmental material compliance requirements, and related automotive regulations), translating complex regulations into actionable guidance for Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and Laboratory teams.
