The Assistant Coach will play an active role in planning and conducting practices, developing individual players, preparing for games, managing game situations, and establishing a team culture built on effort, accountability, teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. Success as a Middle School Baseball Assistant Coach will be demonstrated through meaningful player development, strong collaboration with the Head Coach, effective instruction, positive team culture, and consistent support of the overall baseball program.
