The Manager Critical Access Laboratory is responsible for the technical and scientific oversight of the laboratory, daily operations, problem resolution, quality improvement, coordination of section and site functions, allocation of resources and staff development, performing and recording competency assessment, and compliance with all CAP/CLIA, regulatory, and Adena Health System policies and procedures. The Manager, Laboratory Critical Access is responsible for all areas of the Lab, including Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Transfusion/Blood Bank, Urinalysis, Immunochemistry, Point of Care, Micro, Pathology, Reference Lab, and Phlebotomy for high and moderate complexity testing.
